Everything operators ask before and after signing up for FloridaHomeWatchOS.

What is FloridaHomeWatchOS?

FloridaHomeWatchOS is an all-in-one software platform built specifically for Florida Home Watch companies. It handles client management, GPS-verified visit check-ins, branded photo reports, invoicing, staff scheduling, and a private homeowner portal — all in one place, so operators aren't juggling separate tools for each part of their business.

What's included in each pricing tier?

Solo Operator ($59/mo) supports 1 user and up to 25 clients. Growing Operator ($149/mo) supports 3 users and up to 120 clients. Established Operator ($229/mo) supports 5 users and up to 200 clients, with additional users available as an add-on. Every tier includes GPS check-ins, branded reports, invoicing, the homeowner portal, and email support. All plans include a 14-day free trial.

Can I request a custom feature or tell you what I need?

Yes. FloridaHomeWatchOS is actively built based on real operator feedback. There's a dedicated way to submit feature requests directly from the site, and new capabilities are added on an ongoing basis as operators need them.

Are there optional add-ons beyond the base plans?

Yes. Higher-cost features — such as AI-assisted tools (including voice-to-text reporting) — are offered as optional add-ons rather than bundled into every base tier, so operators pay for what they actually use. Vendor management is included with every plan.

Does FloridaHomeWatchOS integrate with accounting software?

Yes — and it's two-way. Invoices sync out to QuickBooks and Zoho Books automatically, and if a payment gets recorded on the QuickBooks/Zoho side (like a check received outside the platform), that payment status flows back into FloridaHomeWatchOS automatically too. No manual re-entry in either direction.

Can homeowners see their visit reports online?

Yes. Every operator gets a private, branded homeowner portal where clients can log in to view visit history, photos, invoices, and message their operator directly — without waiting on email updates.

Does it support eSignatures for service agreements?

Yes. Operators can send and track eSignature requests for service agreements directly within the platform, with built-in integrations for both DocuSign and BoldSign.

Can I sync visits with my calendar?

Yes. FloridaHomeWatchOS offers two-way calendar sync with both Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar, and each staff member can connect their own calendar individually so visits appear on the right person's schedule automatically.

Can I add staff or subcontracted reporters to my account?

Yes. Every plan supports adding staff/reporter accounts (up to the tier's included user count, with additional users available for an add-on fee), with configurable permissions for what each staff member can view, edit, or manage.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

If you close your account, you have 90 days to request a copy of your records by emailing support@floridahomewatchos.com. After that, remaining account data is deleted. You can also ask us to delete it sooner. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

How is my clients' data handled?

The platform is built so each operator can only access their own clients' data, and homeowners can only access their own reports and invoices — cross-operator or cross-client visibility is not permitted by design. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

Why does FloridaHomeWatchOS have client limits instead of unlimited clients?

Each plan includes a set client capacity so your monthly bill stays predictable as you grow, instead of being tied to unpredictable per-client usage charges. If you need more room than your current tier, you can add extra client capacity and users for a flat add-on fee rather than being forced into the next full tier.

Why is FloridaHomeWatchOS built for Florida operators?

FloridaHomeWatchOS is built exclusively for Florida Home Watch companies — from storm and hurricane-season workflows to the seasonal 'snowbird' homeowner experience and Florida-specific compliance language — instead of being a generic one-size-fits-all tool adapted for every state.
