Subprocessors

Haint Blu Investments LLC, doing business as Florida Home Watch OS™, uses the service providers below to host, store, send, and process data for the Platform. Each one uses the data only to provide its service to us. Operator and homeowner data is never sold, and it is never used to train AI models — by us or by these providers.

We give Operators at least thirty (30) days' notice, by email or in-app announcement, before adding or replacing a subprocessor that will process their data, as described in our Data Processing Agreement.

Outside AI apps. If an Operator or staff member chooses to connect an outside AI app (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to their own account, that app is chosen and controlled by them and is not a Florida Home Watch OS subprocessor. Its own terms and privacy policy apply.
